How do I assign an exising form as Quiz in Teams? If I create a new Quiz the Form is not listed. It is not possible to select a duplicate link, it is not possible to select it from available.

Please keep your answer short and to the point. Don't distract. if a large explanation is needed make sure to include a bullted TL;DR section

    Dear @Johannes Kingma

I understand the issue. In Teams Assignments, New Quiz > Existing quiz is intended for Forms quizzes that are available to your account; a regular Form/survey may not appear in that list. Microsoft currently documents a separate method for assigning an existing Form:

    1. Open the Form in Microsoft Forms and select Collect responses.
    2. Copy the Form link. User's image
    3. In Teams, go to Assignments > Create > New Assignment.
    4. Select Attach > Link, paste the Form link, and attach it.
    5. Complete the assignment details and select Assign. User's image

This is the supported approach when the existing item is a Form rather than a Quiz. Please refer to this document: Assign quizzes to students through Microsoft Teams
