Tried all that and the wifi icon still not showing. Is there anyone in Microsoft that really know how to add the wifi icon on the windows login screen?
Wifi is not showing on the Windows 11 login screen.
I have Windows 11 25H2 and I am missing the Wireless icon on the bottom right corner on the login screen. But available once you login to desktop. But I need to have it available on Windows login screen to turn on Wireless.

Does the Wi-Fi icon disappear specifically after the PC wakes from Sleep or Hibernate, or is it also missing after a normal shutdown and startup?
If this only happens after Sleep or Hibernate, that points more toward the Wi-Fi adapter not initializing properly when Windows wakes.
I’d suggest shutting down your laptop completely instead of putting it to sleep whenever possible. Sleep mode sometimes causes the network adapter to not initialize properly when waking up, which is why the Wi-Fi option disappears.
As a quick workaround for when it happens again, you can try Hard shutdown (Not restart/reboot) helps reset the adapter correctly.
Before proceeding with the steps below, please ensure that you've saved any unsaved tasks or documents.
Perform hard shutdown:
- Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds, or until the screen turns off, release the power button and wait for about 30 seconds.
- After 30 seconds, press the power button again to turn on your device.
Also, if you haven’t already:
- To stop your Wi-Fi adapter from being disabled during sleep > open Device Manager > go to Network Adapters > find your Wi-Fi adapter > right-click it to select Properties > go to the Power Management tab > and uncheck the box that says "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
Please monitor the progress and update me.
