The best option is to completely remove the current graphics driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the graphics driver.
refresh rate keeps reseting
hello microsoft team, As i set refresh rate to 200 and restart my pc or reset gpu through win ctrl shift b it resets back to 60 when i manually turn it back 200 it works untill i restart or pc reset gpu

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.
Expand the 'Display Adapters section, please provide a screenshot of that window.

Click your Start Button, type winver and press Enter.

Open the Settings App.
Go to System - Display - Advanced Display.
If the 'Dynamic Refresh Rate' setting is enabled, disable that setting.

If that setting was not enabled, open the Nvidia Control Panel and check the settings in there, there may be a setting overriding the Windows settings, or try setting your preferred refresh rate in the Nvidia Control Panel rather than using Windows settings.
