hello microsoft team, As i set refresh rate to 200 and restart my pc or reset gpu through win ctrl shift b it resets back to 60 when i manually turn it back 200 it works untill i restart or pc reset gpu

Open the Settings App.
Go to System - Display - Advanced Display.
If the 'Dynamic Refresh Rate' setting is enabled, disable that setting.

If that setting was not enabled, open the Nvidia Control Panel and check the settings in there, there may be a setting overriding the Windows settings, or try setting your preferred refresh rate in the Nvidia Control Panel rather than using Windows settings.

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.
Expand the 'Display Adapters section, please provide a screenshot of that window.

Click your Start Button, type winver and press Enter.
Please provide a screenshot of the resulting dialog.
The best option is to completely remove the current graphics driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the graphics driver.
Just checking in with you, how are you proceeding with this problem.
I did as you said but it didnt worked.So i kindly request another solution for my problem.
It is normal for the refresh rate to reset to its default if you restart the graphics drivers using Win + Alt + Shift + B or if you change the resolution settings, it is not normal for that to happen when you restart your PC, that usually indicates the graphics driver settings are re-initializing when Windows starts.
In the Settings App, go to System - Activation, is there any problem indicated with Windows activation there that may be causing system settings to revert to defaults.
My problem is when i restart,shutdown or make my pc on sleep mode OR I reset my gpu through win+ctrl+shift+B it resets the refresh rate to 60hz back from 200hz.I reinstalled the drivers again as you said but it didn't fixed it.
