    Hi Carter Lynch

If you're under 18 and entered the Xbox/Microsoft Rewards sweepstakes by mistake, you generally shouldn't worry.

The usual outcome is that if a winner is selected and does not meet the eligibility requirements (such as the minimum age requirement), they are simply deemed ineligible and the prize is awarded according to the sweepstakes rules. Your 500 points have already been spent on the entries and typically are not refunded just because the participant turns out to be ineligible.

If you'd like to check whether an exception is possible, you can contact Microsoft Rewards Support and explain that the entries were purchased accidentally before you realized the age requirement. However, there is no guarantee that points will be restored.

As this is a public forum, neither moderators nor other users can access your account or refund points on your behalf. Only Microsoft Rewards Support can review account-specific requests.

You can contact support through the Microsoft Rewards support portal: https://rewards.bing.com/support

Keep in mind that if you're not eligible, the simplest approach may be to leave the entries as they are and avoid entering future sweepstakes until you meet the age requirement.
