    Hello,

    May I know who is currently listed as the organizer of your family group?

    1. Open an incognito tab.
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft account here- https://account.microsoft.com/family
    3. Post a screenshot of the family safety page here.

    If you are a member of the family group and would like to be the organizer of the Family group,

    • Ask the existing organizer to remove your account from the family group.
    • Then, ask him to resend the invite as 'Organizer' and not a member.
