This &&& are actual space in the PDF. Is there any known issue with latest version of Edge ?
Because the same PDF open correctly in Version 149.0.4022.80. The problem is evident only with version 150.0.4078.48
Please check and confirm is there any open and known issue with pdf viewer in edge with the latest updates

Problem is still not solved. It is still evident. Do we have any restrictions or encoding handling for the PDF view ?

We've been disabling the built in NewPDFReader via registry with our users.

This is not a reported problem in the latest Edge version, what type of device are you using Edge on, is that a Windows PC, have you tried uninstalling Edge, then download and install the latest version of Edge to test if that resolves the problem.
I am using Windows. I have tried installing the newer version and it still has the same issue
