Use these steps to bring back a missing taskbar in Windows 10:

    1. Check if the taskbar is set to auto-hide
      • Move the mouse to the very bottom edge of the screen and wait a moment.
      • If the taskbar appears, it is set to auto-hide.
      • To turn this off: select Start > Settings > Personalization > Taskbar.
      • Under Taskbar behaviors, clear or turn off Automatically hide the taskbar.
    2. Make sure taskbar items are visible
      • Go to Start > Settings > Personalization > Taskbar.
      • Under Taskbar items, System tray icons, and Other system tray icons, turn on the toggles for the icons that should appear.
    3. Check taskbar alignment and position
      • In Settings > Personalization > Taskbar, expand Taskbar behaviors.
      • Ensure Taskbar alignment is set as desired and that the taskbar is not hidden on another display if using multiple monitors.

If the taskbar still does not appear after these checks, restart the device to reload the Windows shell and taskbar.

    Hi Shelom Anderson,

Beside Q&A Assist and John DeV 's suggestions, if the problem persists, you may scan and fix your system with following commands. Press Windows key and open Command Prompt (Run as administrator):

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    sfc /scannow

Or you may perform an In-place upgrade.

Disclaimer: Let’s try performing an in-place install or in-place upgrade which will refresh your Windows files and operating system without removing files or applications. That being said, we always recommend that if you have important data, you should back it up before making large system changes. If you want to back up your data first, please do so. Once you are done backing up, you can follow the steps in the following guides: How to perform an In-place Upgrade with Windows 10 Step-by-Step Guide - Microsoft Community

If you have any further information, please feel free to let me know.
