To fully disable the On-Screen Keyboard (OSK) in Windows 11 and stop it appearing on new screens, turn it off in Accessibility settings and make sure it is not enabled on the sign-in screen:
- Open Start.
- Select Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard.
- Turn Off the On-Screen Keyboard toggle.
- Close Settings.
If the OSK still appears when signing in:
- At the sign-in screen, select the Accessibility button in the lower-right corner.
- Make sure On-Screen Keyboard is not checked/selected.
After these steps, the OSK should no longer open automatically on new screens.
