Unfortunately, you cannot fully replicate the Windows 7 GUI in Windows 11 using only the built-in settings.
However, you can personalize a few elements, such as setting a Windows 7-style desktop wallpaper and applying some taskbar customizations, like aligning the taskbar to the left and adjusting its colors.
If you're using third-party tools to customize the Windows 11 appearance, I'm afraid they may interfere with default system functions and cause them to behave unexpectedly. Therefore, it’s generally not worth making these kinds of changes to Windows 11 as it is too delicate and offers limited customization options compared to Windows 10.
