Please go to https://account.live.com

Sign into your Microsoft account. Then go to Subscriptions. Click on Manage for the subscription plan you want to cancel.

Then, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to get refund processed.

First let me tell you I am 85 years of age and only manage to do basic things on my computer. I would prefer to talk to someone. To my horror I am paying twice for Microsoft 365 Personal account. One - the full yearly amount and Two - monthly. I can hardly manage my finances as it is. I would wish to cancel the yearly subscription and continue to pay by monthly. Can you please help me.

If you accidentally subscribed twice, you can request a refund for the duplicate subscription. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Check your subscriptions: Log in to your account and review your active subscriptions to confirm that you have two subscriptions.
    2. Contact support: Reach out to Microsoft support or your reseller partner to inquire about the refund process. Provide them with details of your duplicate subscriptions.
    3. Submit your refund request: Follow the instructions provided by support to submit your refund request for the duplicate subscription. Make sure to include any necessary documentation or information they may require.

Keep in mind that refund eligibility may depend on how long ago you subscribed and the specific terms associated with your subscriptions.
