well it shows on the Q&A list, that an answer was posted to you. if didn't receive it. Try this fix
open the on-screen keyboard >> Press the (Windows key + Ctrl + O) or by open > Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard and turning on the << On-Screen Keyboard >> toggle.
After that lookup for a small (General) keyboard settings button
normally at the top-left corner of the OSK > click it : Now select
the "Standard keyboard - Layout view" it may restore the letters view
it the above workaround failed. Then run the Keyboard Troubleshooter : click the Start button
-> Settings > System > Troubleshoot - Select (other troubleshooters) > click <Run> next to
Keyboard and follow the >> On-Screen Keyboard.. steps -- Hope this helps,.?
Listen. if you don't find the "Settings icon" When the On-Screen Keyboard is displayed
follow only the "First method on the video" To Disable+Enable the OSKeyboard. would
be a kind of reset. The video isn't from MSoft >> So, don't click Ads or subscriptions
-- if find this answer helpful. Please rate it. Thanks
