    Hi Chris

Here is a totally safe link to download the Windows 10 ISO, all ISO's are downloaded direct fro the Microsoft Servers

[Moderator note: link no longer works]

When you use mac and go to Windows download page then instead of Media Creation Tool you are offered direct link to do download v1909 ISO, but soon it would be v2004.

You should also be able to open Boot Camp Assistant and select option 1 to download Win 10 installation files or install from existing Windows 10 x64 USB installer (option 3, selected on my screenshot, example from macOS Catalina).

When you use Boot Camp did you select that option 2 (Download support software) if that help?

Sorry I can't help more. My macOS is running on standard Windows PC (ASUS CM6330) side by side with Windows 10 and obviously I don't need to install Windows using Boot Camp.
