Assuming you have Windows 7 ...

  1. Click Start, type "Ease of Access" (without quotes) in the Search box, and press Enter
  2. Under "Explore all settings" click "Use the computer without a keyboard or mouse"
  3. UNcheck the box to "Use on-screen keyboard"
  4. Click OK and then close the Ease of Access Center
