The i7-7700 CPU is not on the Windows 11 Support List:
But Win 11 runs on this CPU.
Instructions on how to install Windows 11 on an unsupported system can be found in abundance on the Internet.
Please note, however, that future feature updates cannot be installed via Windows Update.
This can only be done manually.
