I'm being denied access to the Log Analytics Demo environment all of a sudden after having access. How to fix?

I want to connect to the Log Analytics Demo environment which I previously had access to for learning KQL log queries for my new job. All of a sudden I'm getting an error preventing me from accessing the demo environment. I'm not sure what I've done differently other than sign out. Please help me as I was finding it very helpful in previous days and weeks.

Can you provide me the error screenshot which you are facing related to denied access to the Log Analytics.
Also go to respective log Analytics workspace ->Click on IAM->Click view my access and provide me the screenshot

So that I can provide you with an appropriate solution for this

Hello! Thank you for your response. So, I clicked on this link from a Microsoft Learn webpage (https://aka.ms/lademo), and after signing into one of my accounts, I get this immediate error screen stating that I don't have access; this screenshot attached to this post. This is odd because everything was working perfectly normally about a week ago, giving me access and allowing me to run queries.

As for your second request about IAM settings, I cannot seem to pull up a side menu as seen in your screenshot. It simply says "You have no access", as shown in my second screenshot.

Thank you for your patience. It appears to be an access issue, and your permissions might have been removed. Please contact the subscription owner and request the following access to regain access to the Log Analytics workspace.

Ensure you have sufficient permissions on the Log Analytics Workspace.

Confirm that your account is assigned a role such as Log Analytics Contributor, Reader, or other relevant roles.

I am getting ready to give up. I've given you the session ID and URL. I just want to regain access to the demo environment. I don't know who the subscription owner would be other than myself. Microsoft Learn claims all you need is an Azure account/subscription and you can access the demo environment which worked fine just a couple of weeks ago. If you can still help me fix this, please do, otherwise I am just going to move onto something else.

We need to investigate this issue further to understand the blocker. For now, your subscription (64520d18-83f3-4781-afec-3d66742f1bff) have been enabled for one-time Free Technical Support which is valid for 72 hours.
