How to Integrate Microsoft Teams with Outlook Calendar?

I’m looking to integrate Microsoft Teams with my Outlook Calendar to streamline my meeting scheduling process. Can someone provide a detailed guide on how to set this up? I’m particularly interested in syncing events and ensuring notifications are properly configured. Any tips or best practices would be greatly appreciated!!

this has not worked for me. I do not even see the option for add teams meetings, even though i have installed the add in and it shows as active

further my email is a gmail account and is have a .pst file with the calendar and contacts files on my hard drive.

any help greatly appreicated

this doesnt work - i dont have the same options as you and Teams seems to be missing in all add ons

If I purchase MicroSoft for business will it automatically add Teams to my Calendar. Thanks

I cannot follow these instructions, because the ADD-IN for TEAMs is not there to select. WHen I try to add it, I am directed to a the OS MS Add-ins folder, which has nothing. So back to ....How do I get TEAMs ADD - IN for OUTLOOK?

To sync your calendar, please use Microsoft's email services (Outlook.com, Exchange Online).

This is a work around, not an answer. You're basically telling people not to use the client app and to use the web versions. The web versions are garbage.

Calendar synchronization uses the functionality of Exchange Server.
If you have a Microsoft email address, you can synchronize your calendar.
For usage, any of the following options will work: browser, classic Outlook, or the new Outlook.

To integrate Microsoft Teams with your Outlook calendar, you can follow these steps:

Install the Teams add-in: Open Outlook, click File > Options > Add-ins. Select COM Add-ins in the Manage drop-down menu, and then click Go. Check the box next to Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office, and then click OK.
Schedule a Teams meeting: In Outlook, open the calendar view. Click New Meeting. In the meeting window, click the Teams Meeting button, which will automatically add the Teams meeting link to your invitation.
Sync Teams and Outlook: Make sure you are signed in to Teams and Outlook with the same Microsoft account. In Outlook, click File > Options > Calendar. Check Add Teams meetings to my calendar and reminders to enable synchronization

And i have completed step 1, 2, 3, but not work.
Am trying login team website, The above error also occurs, Calendar reports an exclamation mark error.

In the new Outlook, the File tab has been replaced with a more "streamlined" set of options...... How do we integrate Teams with outlook now? This does not feel streamlined.
