Please go to https://account.live.com/password/reset and reset your password if this is a personal Microsoft account.

If this is a work or school account, contact your organization’s IT administrator and provide them with the Correlation ID and Timestamp, because they can check the sign-in logs in Microsoft Entra ID.

Or, try signing in from an InPrivate browser window or from another browser.

You can also, open Control Panel > Credential Manager > Open Windows Credentials > Remove Microsoft/Office/AAD-related saved credentials > Restart your computer and try signing in again.

The message says that Microsoft does not recognize this email address as a Microsoft account. please first confirm that the email address is correct.

Then try signing in here:

For personal Microsoft account:

https://account.live.com

For work or school account:

https://login.microsoftonline.com

If this is a work/school account, you need to contact your organization’s IT administrator, because only they can check whether the account exists, is disabled, or has sign-in problems.

If this is a personal Microsoft account and Microsoft still says it is not recognized, then the account may not exist as a Microsoft account, or it may have been closed. When was the last time you used this account?

Όχι, η εφαρμογή δεν σας έχει αποκλείσει και αυτό δεν είναι προσωπικό. Αυτό συνήθως σημαίνει ότι η εφαρμογή Outlook έχει πρόβλημα με το αποθηκευμένο διακριτικό εισόδου, την προσωρινή μνήμη της εφαρμογής ή τη σύνδεση ελέγχου ταυτότητας και όχι ότι ο ίδιος ο λογαριασμός σας είναι αποκλεισμένος.

Εφόσον έχετε ήδη επαναφέρει τον κωδικό πρόσβασης, καταργήσατε τα διαπιστευτήρια, επανεγκαταστήσατε το Outlook και ο λογαριασμός λειτουργεί σε προγράμματα περιήγησης, βεβαιωθείτε ότι η εφαρμογή Outlook είναι πλήρως ενημερωμένη.

Στη συνέχεια, καταργήστε εντελώς τον λογαριασμό από το Outlook και, στη συνέχεια, επανεκκινήστε τη συσκευή πριν την προσθέσετε ξανά.

Επίσης, ελέγξτε τις Ρυθμίσεις > λογαριασμών > Πρόσβαση στην εργασία ή το σχολείο και αποσυνδέστε τυχόν παλιά ή διπλότυπη σύνδεση λογαριασμού Microsoft.

Επανεκκινήστε τη συσκευή και δοκιμάστε να προσθέσετε ξανά τον λογαριασμό στο Outlook.
