Subscription Cancelled even though plan is active and paid for.

My microsoft 365 subscription is cancelled after a failed payment, but the next day the payment was successful.

The subscription appears active in google play store, but it is cancelled in microsoft account.

Hello,

Is the subscription via Google Play, and payment is also via Google Play ?

If that's the case, give it a bit time for the status to reflect on your Microsoft account.

If you use the app on Android, log out and log in see if it helps.

Otherwise, you need to talk to Google support. Microsoft expains how subscription via third party is managed here:
