Ανεπιτυχες Verification και κλείσιμο λογαριασμού

Καλησπέρα,

διαθέτω έναν παλιό λογαριασμό hotmail, το οποίο είναι και το βασικό μου email σχεδόν στα πάντα καθώς και το recovery email μου για άλλα. Ενώ ήμουν συνδεδεμένη και στο κινητό και στο λάπτοπ μου με αποσυνδέει η microsoft γιατί ζητάει verification οτι είμαι εγώ. Από βλακεία μου δεν έχω συνδέσει αριθμό και το recovery email λόγω του ότι ο λογαριασμός είναι παλιός δεν λειτουργεί πια.

Συμπλήρωσα την φόρμα για το verification και μου στέλνουν δεν πιστεύουμε ότι είστε εσείς και μου κλείνουν τον λογαριασμό.

Το ξέρω φταίω εγώ που δεν το άλλαξα και δεν έχω συνδέσει αριθμό δεν πίστευα ποτέ ότι γνωρίζοντας τον κωδικό μου δεν θα έχω πρόσβαση στον λογαριασμό μου.

Πραγματικά με καταστρέφουν δεν έχω πιά τον βασικό λογαριασμό μου, δεν λαμβάνω μειλ για μέρες, χάνω πολύτιμα email και αρχεία.

Δεν μπορώ να επικοινωνήσω με κανέναν τρόπο μαζί τους. Στα τηλέφωνα βγααίνει ρομπότ και έκανα ένα νέο outlook μόνο και μόνο για να μπόρεσω κάπως να επικοινωνήσω με το support τους.

Είμαι σε απελπισία και δεν ζητάω να μου αλλάξουν κωδικό τον γνωρίζω, απλά ένα verification code για να μην χάσω τον λογαριασμό και τόσα σηματνικά αρχεία και συνδρομές.

Μπορώ να αποδείξω με ταυτότητα κλπ στο support ότι είμαι εγω.

Υπάρχει κάποιος τρόπος επικοινωνίας μετο αρμόδιο τμήμα;

    Microsoft takes account security very seriously, that's why Account Recovery is an automated process with no human influence. If you don't have the correct information, you may not be able to get through account verification using the Recovery Form.

    The Account Recovery Form requires adequate information to prove that you are the owner of the account. The Account Recovery Process can be a time-consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft.

    Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location. Microsoft will review your responses and respond within 24 hours.
