What languages are supported in ink to text in Onenote?

I understand that you would like to know the languages supported in OneNote ink-to-text. feature.

The language's ink-to-text features support many languages for conversion, but not all languages supported by the Office.

Changing the language in OneNote:

Click on the light bulb icon in the top-right corner of the app. In the search bar, type Set Language, and the app should automatically bring up the setting. Click on the Set Language option and click on See All at the bottom to open the list of supported languages. Once you’ve selected the language, just head back over to the Draw tab and try the Ink to Text feature.

However, if you get the prompt that your chosen language does not support Ink to Text, you’ll need to change the language first.

I do not have an iPad yet and I am contemplating whether to buy one or not. That's why even though your reply would by helpful to some I cannot do what you suggested because as i said i don't have an iPad.

Do you know if the ink to text feature in Onenote is available in Greek and Albanian?
