Office365 Error with enable SMTP Authentication

Hi Everyone

We have a client that uses office365 when we try to enable SMTP Authentication in one of his emails it give us the following error:

"The operation couldn't be performed because 'Email Name' matches multiple entries"

Anyone can help?

    I am Prakash and happy to help you with your question, I'm a Microsoft consumer like you.

    The remote move migration fails because a soft-deleted or inactive mailbox has the same email address as the mailbox that's identified in the error message. In your case do you have any account or email address which was recently removed and added with same name or email id ?
