SETUP MICROSOFT 365 EMAIL TO BITRIX24 CRM APPLICATION

Hello,

In our enterprise we use the CRM application Bitrix24. In this application we have also setup our e-mails. Now that we changed our e-mails to microsoft 365 we cannot setup them to this application. We jave tried with the app password and the mfa but the same error.

We have communicated with the help desk of the application and below you can see their answer:

Good day Turbo! I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. I understand that you are having an issue with regards to setting up Office 365 to Bitrix 24. For this, I would suggest to check and report this first with the IT Team/Support for your Enterprise for them to check if there is something that needs to be done on the administrations end to be able to make this to work. Otherwise,
