Outlook

Hello,

I have an old Hotmail account which is still active. I can successfully log into OneDrive and my Microsoft account, but I cannot access my Outlook email (mailbox).

Every time I try to open Outlook from the browser (https://outlook.live.com), I get this error:

Error 500 – Something went wrong / COMException

I already reset my password, cleared my browser cache, and tried Incognito mode, but the problem persists.

Please restore access to my Outlook mailbox. Thank you in advance.
