Issue: Cannot sign in

Hello, I have an issue today with my hotmail/outlook account. My mobile phone asks for credentials, I put right the number in the Authenticator but still it fails. Signing in from the browser does not work either (see below). Is there any software issue? Do I wait for the company to fix it?
