Cant connect to my mail

I can't connect to my mail. It keeps telling me that there is strange activity on the account and that it has been locked while I have been trying to connect and every time I try to connect it asks me for 100 things and verification codes and at the end it says verification failed and to resubmit a form that when I do it doesn't get me anywhere because it tells me again that they didn't determine that it's me. I have many apps and websites connected to cr****@hotmail.com and I can't access it them when this thing happens every second day

Also my security question appears like this Answer your security question: ?a??te??? pa?d???? f???? which makes it impossible for me to answer it and no changing the language from Greek to English didnt do much
