Thanks for posting the query here in this forum.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble signing into Outlook.

Try signing in using an in-private or incognito browser or using another browser.

If successful sign in, clear your browser cache and cookies and sign in again.

To clear your browser cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge, go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data and select Ctrl+Shift+Del.
