I cant connect to forza horizon 5 multiplayer.

Have you consulted Support for this service? It's expensive it should have Premium Support that fixes the problem or you shouldn't get charged.
Did you try each troubleshooting step in each tutorial I linked? There were dozens yet no feedback or questions about a single step. Please do not skip any steps. We often find out later that the fix was the skipped step. If you need help performing any step I will help.

I am 99% sure i did everything as should. It could be useful if someone could held me in a call, so i could share my screen, in that way we could be 100% sure i did everything good. I will write you my set up information that could help :

I have an ethernet connection.
My ethernet cable goes from my Pc to 2 Router repeaters in series and then in my basic router ( every router is connecting with ethernet not wifi).

I use my Pc also like a virtual machine for linux. ( i have disable his network adapter )

I use wireshark.

I use BlueStacks X.

I used Fortinet for my University vpn. ( i have disable his network adapter ).

Start up apps is only the necessary.

There is a way I can see it the error code (because the game only gives a simple message)?

We do not do screen-sharing from forums. If you've bought products from Microsoft then you can contact their Support to get that kind of service.
What is the expensive service you said you paid for? I explained that premium services usually come with premium support that you should access and use to get it fixed or else get your money back. I can help you find that Support if you haven't yet.

Why are there still no results of additional steps I've given you to follow to fix the problem? I gave you dozens of more steps in multiple tutorials to try. If you had actually done these steps then there should have been some results discussed. This usually means nothing was tried. If you don't do the work to get it fixed, then it will never get fixed.

I understand that this is frustrating. I read what you wrote in the beginning about being given the runaround so I took my time to research the problem in depth and dug up every possible fix to provide for you TWICE, only to receive no reply to a single step in a single tutorial.

Then when I try to determine what the expensive product is you referred to that isn't working, you won't reply to that question so I can help get you to the premium support such products always offer. I would not pay for any service that doesn't give premium support that works with me until it's fixed or else replace it or refund me. Instead you are in a general Windows forum where we can only do so much. And I have found every single available fix for your problem but don't get any feedback so I know what to try next.

I really want to help you Bill. But it's not easy when there is no interaction with the dozens of help steps and tutorials I give, in an interactive forums.
