Hello Microsoft team
I have shutdown issues with my PC which restarts instead of shutdown
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Reliability\shutdown
I checked this path ( regedit) and the reason code is 0x000500f (327935)
Sometimes it is shutting down when I click the power button from desktop and other times it restarts!!
Even when I created a new shutdown button to click it , same happens
Please help me out

Hello again,
I click for shutdown and it restarts
Open Command Prompt, then run this command and press Enter:
msdt.exe -id PowerDiagnostic
Run that Power Troubleshooter to see if that can solve the problem.
The best option then, if you do not have your drive encrypted with Bitlocker is to go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website to check if there is any BIOS update available that may need to be installed.
Updates were all ready done 6 days ago ........ Bios is FGb (last update driver )
My Specs are CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor 3.70 GHz
Cooler is from Coolermaster Hyper H412R
Motherboard Gigabyte Aorus B550 Elite AX V2 revision 1.3
RAM G Skill Trident RGB 32 GB
My Drive is the Crucial NV Me 1TB
GPU RX 6600
Sound blaster Audigy FX
SSD Teamgroup drive 580GB
PSU EVGA 500W
I must check all the ''shutdown'' paths via regedit , services , policy etc..
Will you please give me those paths ??? I must go deeper to watch those DWords or the ''services'' to see what is going on ...

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Open the old Control Panel (not the settings app)
At the top of the old Control Panel, set view to icons
Open Power Options
On the left, click 'Choose what the power buttons do'
At the top right, click 'Change settings that are currently unavailable'
Under 'Shutdown settings' disable 'Turn on fast startup'
Save that and close Control Panel
Restart (not shut down) your PC to apply the change and then check if your PC will shut down correctly.
Hello again ,
Unfortunately still nothing ...
Same issue presists ... What else can be done???
