IP Management: Unable to Delete Public IP Due to Persistent Load Balancer Association

Problem description

I am trying to delete a Public IP resource (pip-vng01) in the region Germany West Central, but the deletion fails because Azure reports it is still associated with a frontend IP configuration on a platform-managed load balancer used by a Virtual Network Gateway that I have already deleted.

Environment

Azure Public IP resource with Standard SKU in Germany West Central, previously associated with a Virtual Network Gateway.

What I've already tried

I attempted to delete the public IP directly, but it was blocked due to the association with the load balancer. I verified that the Virtual Network Gateway was already deleted. I identified that the dependency was the frontend IP configuration on the platform-managed load balancer, which I do not have access to. I requested assistance to remove the orphaned association.

Current status

The public IP remains associated with the load balancer's frontend IP configuration even after waiting over 24 hours. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed to remove this orphaned association and delete the public IP.
