Hi
our account is now blocked from all settings. We can't even add another payment method and our servers are down. How are we supposed to proceed. I couldn't find any suspicious activity. We had the MS for Startups funding and it almost ran out. there is not even a way to add a payment method and to get our servers running again.
What can we do here?
Best regards
