Azure Artifact Signing – Organization identity validation still in progress after document submission

Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I am requesting a status update regarding my organization identity validation for Azure Artifact Signing (formerly Trusted Signing).

Organization: WHB Handel & Beratung / WHB Software Artifact Signing account: whb-software-signierung Country: Germany Identity validation ID

On October 14, 2026, I submitted the requested documents, including my business registration and domain ownership documentation.

Both documents appear in the Azure portal with green checkmarks. However, the identity validation status remains "In Progress" as of October 21, 2026.

I am an independent software developer preparing to release two commercial Windows applications, ChemLotse and AwSV-KatasterPilot.

Could you please confirm:

Whether all submitted documents have been received and are sufficient for the verification process.

Whether any additional action or documentation is required from my side.

Whether my identity validation is progressing normally or requires manual review.

I am not requesting expedited processing, only clarification of the current status and any outstanding requirements.
