Hi Toni k,
Good day. Since both PCs appear in your Microsoft account, but not in Family Safety, let's try to check whether they are properly linked to your children's accounts.
- On each PC, go to Settings > Accounts > Other users. Check your child's account for an Allow option and select it if available.
- Sign in to Windows using your child's Microsoft account, then go to Settings > Accounts > Your info. Make sure it's connected to their Microsoft account, not a local account. If verification is requested, complete it or visit Microsoft Family Verification.
- Restart the PC and check Microsoft Family Safety again after a few minutes.
Since you've already tried removing and re-adding the children, there's no need to repeat that.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Jhun
