Planen und Verwalten von Ereignissen mittels des Outlook.com-Kalenders
Disclaimer: I noticed that your locale setting is de-DE, but your request was submitted in English. To ensure consistency and clarity, I will continue to respond in English.
I’m sorry you have had to contact support repeatedly without receiving a clear resolution, especially when this shared calendar is important for managing your household.
Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.
Please sign in to Outlook.com in a browser with both accounts and test whether a newly created calendar entry appears there. If synchronization also fails on the web, the issue is likely related to the calendar-sharing connection rather than the Outlook app.
The calendar owner can then:
- Remove the other person’s calendar permission.
- Share the calendar again with Can edit permission.
- Ask the recipient to accept the new sharing invitation.
- In Outlook.com, open Settings > Calendar > Shared calendars and enable the calendar under Calendar updates to receive email notifications about changes. Microsoft confirms that these notifications must be selected for each shared calendar. Receive notifications from a shared calendar
If the calendar still does not synchronize on Outlook.com after being shared again, please contact Microsoft Support and provide both account addresses privately, the approximate date the issue began, and the results of the browser test.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates, thanks.
