Hello,

I am not able to connect to my mail account:
I receive following error message within Sap Business One:
Benutzerbild

The username and the client secret should be correct.

Do you have any idea?

Furthermore, I am not able to execute this two commands:
New-ServicePrincipal -AppId <Client ID of the registered application> -ObjectId <Object ID of the enterprise application>

Add-MailboxPermission -Identity "<Email address>" -User <Object ID of the enterprise application> -AccessRights FullAccess

I inserted my data, but is is still not working.

As an initial step, if the system prompts for authentication, please try logging in using the Client ID and Client Secret associated with your registered application.

Additionally, if you want to restrict or explicitly allow the application to access specific mailboxes, you can configure an Application Access Policy using Exchange Online PowerShell. Please refer to the example below:

thank you for your answer.
I tried to login with the client id and client secret.
I also double checked if the id and secret is right. But it always says that the authentication failed.
I have done everything like it is described from sap.

Have you tried to install Exchange Online module and then running Connect-ExchangeOnline to sign in with your admin account?

Install-Module -Name ExchangeOnlineManagement Import-module ExchangeOnlineManagement Connect-ExchangeOnline

You will need to run Connect-ExchangeOnline whenever you reopen the PowerShell. Then, please help me to run New-ServicePrincipal again.

Could you please run this command to check the permission? What is the output of it?

Furthermore, you can check whether you can test with this command to check if the PowerShell works correctly

The account that you are signing in with Connect-ExchangeOnline. Is it Global Administrator or Exchange Administrator?

I was now able to solve the problem with the authentication. I executed the power shell commands.
I tried now to send an email from sap b1, but I received this error:
430 4.2.0 STOREDRV; mailbox logon failure; STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:ConnectionFailedTransientException.MapiExceptionLogonFailed; Failed to process message due to a transient exception with message [BeginDiagnosticData]Cannot open mailbox.

Do you maybe have an idea why?
