Dear Yavuz Can,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Because your issue description is in English so I will answer you by English. If you have any requirements, please let me know.
In SharePoint, it is not supported by design to allow users to create an item while having no permission to read it at all. The Create permission automatically includes Read access to the item they create, which is why users can see the item immediately after creation. This behavior cannot be changed using SharePoint permissions alone.
Because of this limitation, Power Automate cannot fully prevent the creator from briefly seeing the item before permissions are updated. This is expected behavior.
Recommendations:
- Use item-level permissions in the list settings so users can:
- Create items
- Read only items they are assigned to (for example, via the Driver column)
- Use Power Apps to control visibility of items instead of relying solely on SharePoint permissions.
- Use a Power Automate flow to break inheritance and grant read access only to the assigned user after creation, understanding that the creator will still have temporary access.
For advanced permission logic using Power Apps and Power Automate, we recommend posting in the Microsoft Power Platform Community, where specialists in these tools can provide deeper guidance.
We suggest creating a new topic in the Power Automate Community rather than posting in the Microsoft Q&A forum. The Answers forum primarily focuses on Microsoft 365-related concerns and has limited resources and expertise in Power Automate. By posting in the correct community, you’ll likely receive quicker and more precise guidance.
We apologize for redirecting you, but this approach ensures you get the best possible support for your query.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We appreciate your time and cooperation.
