Hi, thanks for reaching out. Is your printer and scanner showing in Settings under Bluetooth & devices?
After upgrading to Windows 11, you need to install the latest driver from Windows Update or directly from your printer’s manufacturer website. Go to Start, select Settings, then Windows Update, and check for updates.
If the scanner still does not work, open the manufacturer’s support page and download the Windows 11 driver or full software. You can also try using the Windows Scan app from the Microsoft Store.
