Onedrive-Freigabe wird als Internetverknüpfung angelegt und nicht als Dateiordner.

Last but not least, i found a solution that worked for me.

1. I deleted the anyoing OneDrive link in explorer (if you don't, step 5 says something like "there is already a link called [yourfoldername]")
2. opened the onedrive live app
3. moved to the the "Shared" section
4. checked the shared folder i want to see in my explorer
5. and pushed the button "Add link to my files"

Thats it, the file structure immediately started to sync.

On my first try, i uninstalled/reinstalled OneDrive and did the rest like mentioned above.

That also worked, but is probably not necessary.

The wording of the buttons might be slightly different, since my localization is german.

There its named: "Geteilt" and "Verknüpfung zu 'Meine Dateien' hinzfügen"

Was struggeling with the web app for months, and fortunately gave it another try today.

Ich habe den Verdacht, bestehende Links sind das Problem.

Schau mal, dass alle Links im OneDrive-Folder gelöscht sind bevor du das Knopferl drückst.

Bei der Neuinstallation von OneDrive wirst du übrigens gefragt, ob du einen bestehenden

oder Neuen Ordner willst. Ich hab dort zwar "bestehender Ordner" gewählt, was bei mir geklappt hat.

Hätte das nicht funktioniert, hätte ich aber noch die andere Option "Neuer Ordner" ausprobiert. Das klingt für mich irgendwie vielversprechend.

Wegen de- und reinstallieren brauchst du dir übrigens keine Sorgen machen, das dauert keine 10 Minuten. Ich habs von da geholt: https://www.microsoft.com/de-at/microsoft-365/onedrive/download

Falls du aktuell noch relevante Daten in deinem OneDrive Ordner hast, diese eventuell vorher wegsichern.

Nicht das ich MS nicht mehr traue, aber ... (keine Ahnung wie der Satz vernünftig enden könnte)

I did not uninstall OneDrive and unfortunately the shared folders are again links to the online folders and not a normal explorer folder.

Der beschriebene Weg hat für mich leider nicht funktioniert.

1. Die OneDrive Links wurden im Windows Explorer gelöscht.
2. In der Online OneDrive App noch einmal die Links gesucht und dort ebenfalls gelöscht
3. Zum Bereich "Geteilt" gewechselt
4. Den gewünschten geteilten Ordner angehakt und
5. Oben auf "Verknüpfung zu meine Dateien hinzufügen" geklickt.

OneDrive hat zwar anschließend viele Dateien synchronisiert, jedoch sind wieder nur URL Verknüpfungen in meinem persönlichen OneDrive Explorer und keine regulären Ordner.

Ich habe OneDrive zu Beginn nicht gelöscht und neu installiert.

Allerdings bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob eine Neuinstallation das Problem mit den Verlinkungen löst.
Letzte Woche hatte ich noch verschiedene geteilte Ordner als reguläre Ordner auf meinem Computer im Verlauf der letzten Woche haben sich alle regulären Ordner ohne aktives Zutun nun ebenfalls in URL-Links verwandelt, anstatt wie ursprünglich angekündigt, dass sich die URL-Links wieder automatisch zu regulären Ordner umgewandelt wurden.
