Ich versuche die Funktion Cameo in ppt zu integrieren. Leider sagt mir ppt immer das er keine kamera erkennt. Wo oder wie aktiviere ich die?

    Hello Christoph,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

It saddens me to hear that you’re having trouble with the Cameo feature in PowerPoint. Let me do my best to guide. Also, I ask few more questions to isolate the issue.

    Let me ask you this:

    • I'd like to know what @domain and who hosts your email account. Example @domains: Gmail.com, Yahoo.com Outlook.com/Hotmail.com
      • Can I find out if the account is for work/school use or personal use (Hotmail/Outlook.com)?
    • Can I find out which version and edition of Office is installed on your computer?
      • You can open any Office app
      • Go to File > accounts – on the right-hand side, you can see the product information
    • May I know if you check the camera is working on another application?

Here are some steps that might help you resolve the issue:

    1. Ensure that you have granted camera permissions to PowerPoint in your computer’s privacy settings.
    2. Make sure that you are running the Beta Channel Version 2202 (Build 14922.10000) or later.
    3. Open PowerPoint and go to the slide where you want to use the Cameo feature.
    4. Click on the “Insert” tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen.
    5. Click on the “Cameo” button in the “Images” group.
    6. A placeholder for the camera feed will appear on the slide. Select the Preview icon in the placeholder to turn on the camera feed. Note: In a shared document, only you see your video feed.
    7. In the Camera tab, select the arrow below the Preview button to select other cameras. Only one video feed can be used on a slide.
    8. Use the tab to apply effects like Camera Styles, Camera Shape, Camera Border, and Camera Effects. You can also arrange or overlay the camera feed like you would any other picture or object on the slide or in the Navigation Pane. Use the picture anchors to adjust the size and placement on the slide. You can also cut-and-paste the camera feed, plus use Animations and Transitions, like Morph. Design Ideas also work with cameo.
    9. Select Slide Show (in the ribbon) to present using cameo.
