ich möchte mein Surface Laptop Studio zurücksetzen - soweit so einfach. Die Einstellungen habe ich auch gefunden und wollte auch starten, jedoch gibt es dabei ein Problem.

Problem: Mein Surface läd nicht mehr (habe noch 10%) und es erkennt das Netzteil nicht (obwohl das Netzteil 100%ig funktioniert [getestet an meinem zweiten Surface und auch die Netzteile getauscht])

Wie kann ich also mein Laptop zurücksetzen, ohne dass dieser an dem Strom angeschlossen ist?

(Geht das über mein zweit Gerät?)
