Hi there,

can anyone with a surfcae go check if he/she also has this two files in his windows Folder?

I found some Messages according this files in the rliability report and cant find any comment about the file in the Internet.

Thanks for your message. You are however in the German Community and may speak German as otherwise the bandwidth of people being able to support you might be limited. If you prefer English Support just change your thread to the English community by changing the language.

However I will try to assist you on this one right now. Are you running your Surface Go on Windows S mode?

Both files are system files and shouldn't be touched. Is everything working on your device and what actions were you taking when these entries appeared?

With this information in place we hopefully will be able to help you.

    I had two crashes where the system freezed. Both occured when my Kobo E-Book reader was connected via USB and transferred files. No crash at any other time. Also see 2 entries of BEX64.

    do you notice the crashes  in your normal work or do you, as it is for me, only see the Problem in the relaibility monitor?

    I am having same problem, it crashes like 4 to 5 times per day. The Reliability Monitor states the name of problem is BEX64, not sure what it has caused.

    Hi und klar ,

    deutsch ist einfacher....

    Windows läuft bei mir im Normalen Mode (W10 pro).

    Das System funktioniert einwandfrei und es gab nur Einträge in der Zuverlässigkeitsüberwachung. Ich konnte keine merkbaren Ereignisse zu diesen Einträgen feststellen. An sich auch kein Problem, ich war nur etwas verwundert, dass ich auf der Suche nach Infos im Internet nicht einen einzigen Eintrag für die Files gefunden habe.

    Wenn Du also  sagst, dass das System Files sind bin ich einigermaßen beruhigt.
