Hello,

I need help recovering historical Microsoft certification and exam records from 2008.

I completed Microsoft server and network administration training at that time and also took Microsoft certification exams. The certifications were related to MCSA / MCP / Microsoft Server Administration.

Unfortunately, I no longer have the original certificates or exam documents because they were destroyed in a water damage incident.

The Microsoft certification account/profile used at that time also appears to no longer exist.

My main problem is that I cannot contact Microsoft Credentials Support.

The Microsoft Engage Center only shows a blank/loading page and the Credentials Support form never opens.

I have already tried:

different browsers

private / InPrivate mode

signing in with a personal Microsoft account

direct Credentials Support links

the Microsoft Engage Center

None of these options work.

I also tried an old Microsoft certification support email address, but the message was returned as undeliverable.

I therefore currently have no working way to contact Microsoft Credentials Support.

I need assistance recovering, if still available:

historical Microsoft exam records

passed certification exams

former MCP / MCID information

certification transcript

confirmation of legacy Microsoft certifications from 2008

Could a Microsoft moderator please provide a working contact method or escalate this issue to the Microsoft Credentials Support team?

I can provide all required personal information privately to Microsoft Support for identity verification.

Thank you for your help.
