I would like to create a dashboard with a KPI that shows the focus time of all employees in the organization. By Focus time, I mean the time they get without any meetings. The whole organization uses the new Outlook and we have M365 CoPilot Premium. Could we use Viva Insights or any other Apps or Agents for this purpose?

    Hi Thomas,

This can be achieved using Microsoft Viva Insights. Viva Insights provides aggregated workplace analytics, including insights into employees' focus time, meeting load, and collaboration patterns. It can help organizations understand how much uninterrupted time employees have available for focused work.

For executive or organization-wide reporting, the data can also be surfaced through Power BI to create custom dashboards and KPIs, such as average focus time per employee, focus time by department, and trends over time.

Since your organization already uses the new Outlook and Microsoft 365 Copilot, Viva Insights would be suitable to explore for this requirement. For more information about Viva Insights, you may find it helpful to visit the Viva Insights | Microsoft Community Hub, where subject matter experts and community members can provide guidance and best practices for building a focus-time dashboard tailored to your organization's needs.
