Personalisierte Domain lässt sich nicht von Outlook.com trennen

Hallo,

derzeit versuche ich die Verbindung meiner personalisierten E-Mail Domain aus meinem Outlook Premium Plan zu entfernen und bekomme hierbei nur einen generischen Fehler zurück.

Auf der DNS Seite wurden bereits alle Records entfernt, sodass "nur" noch auf Outlook.com Seite die Domain entfernt werden muss.

Wie löst man dieses Problem? Entsprechend aller Erwartungen lässt sich hierzu bei MS direkt kein Ticket eröffnen.

    So you are using a grandfathered in legacy plan, that was discontinued for others otherwise a few years ago.

    This appears to be a known issue for those continued to be on the legacy plan. I've seen similar reports like this on the forum.

    Unfortunately, this is not something community forum members can help remove.

    Use this path to reach out to support.

    Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue. When you chat with them, make sure they are aware this is the grandfathered-in legacy feature.
