Hi @Pavel Pavlov
I understand that the expired domain energos.eu and the custom address ******@energos.eu are still associated with your Outlook.com account, even though you no longer own the domain or have access to its DNS settings.
Please first check the Microsoft account alias page at account.live.com/names/manage. If ******@energos.eu is listed, select Remove next to it.
If the address is not listed there, or the removal option under Outlook.com Settings > Premium > Personalized email address continues to fail, this will require assistance from Microsoft Support because forum moderators cannot access your account or remove the domain association from the backend.
Please contact Microsoft Support and provide the expired domain, the affected custom address, and a screenshot of what you see.
- Select Show expanded list of products.
- Select Outlook > Get Home support.
- Enter Outlook live chat, then select Get Help > Contact Support.
- Sign in with the affected account. If that is not possible, use another Microsoft account to view the available support options.
- Ask our Support Assistant > Type "Talk to live chat agent" > Contact Support
- Under Products & Services, select Other Products > Outlook, then choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
Thank you for your understanding.
