Azure AD B2C: No access to tenant

When I select the desired B2C tenant (Tenant Id: ba20dc8d-be7b-xxx) in the Azure portal and click "Open B2C Tenant" under "Azure AD B2C Settings", then I’m prompted to sign in with an account.

But none of the accounts I’m aware of have access to the tenant.

It says that the user account does not exist in the tenant and cannot access the application "c44b4083-3bb0-xxx".

The affected ADB2C tenant used to be located in a different directory earlier.

I consulted Copilot in the Azure Portal and described the issue there. After reviewing all the suggested points, I was ultimately referred here to Support, with a request for assistance.

Could you please confirm whether you have tried accessing the Azure AD B2C tenant directly using the following URL?

https://portal.azure.com/<TenantID>

Alternatively, you can try:

https://portal.azure.com/<your B2C tenant domain>

Please let us know the outcome and whether you receive the same error message when accessing the tenant directly. If the issue persists, kindly share a screenshot of the complete error page, including the Correlation ID, Request ID, and Timestamp.

Thank you for your feedback. I have tried both suggested alternatives. In both cases, the behavior is exactly as I described initially. I have attached the screenshot as requested.

The requested information, such as Correlation ID, Request ID, and timestamp, is not being displayed to me.

It is possible that, while cleaning up my Azure portal some time ago, I made a few clicks that were unhelpful and consequently led to this behavior. I would therefore be grateful to regain access to the affected tenant.
