Moin,

ich möchte ein weiteres Konto zu Teams hinzufügen. Ich gebe die Email-Adresse und das dazugehörige Password ein und bekomme dann folgende Meldung:

Error Code: -895352821

"Da hat leider etwas nicht geklappt."

Was mache ich falsch?

Ich habe ein MS365 Family Abo.

Thanks for your reply, and sorry for getting back to you so late.

#1 I think I could join a meeting online. But I can't sign up.

#2 I haven't saved a phone number for that account.

#3 I can't even answer that question. I didn't even know I created the account for an organization.

I ordered a new domain (kalleweniger.de) through Domain Factory. The plan name is “Domain Manager.” The email address is of the “Microsoft 365 Email Essentials” type. Does that mean the email is automatically associated with an organization?
