Hi Axel, Welcome in Community
Your first step should be to turn off the "Fast Startup" feature. This function creates a hybrid state between a full shutdown and hibernation, and it is frequently the culprit behind resume failures following system patches.
To do this, navigate to the Control Panel and select Hardware and Sound, followed by Power Options. On the left-hand sidebar, choose the link that says Choose what the power buttons do. You will need to click Change settings that are currently unavailable to unlock the menu options. Once unlocked, simply deselect the checkbox for Turn on fast startup and save your changes. Be sure to restart your PC for this to take effect.
Another effective method is to let Windows scan for and fix any power plan configurations that may have been corrupted by the update.
Access your system Settings and head to Update & Security. Within the Troubleshoot tab, look for the link to Additional troubleshooters. Locate Power in the list and launch the tool. This will trigger a scan to detect anomalies and attempt to resolve them automatically
Follow the instruction on screen and then restart the system, let me know how it goes
