Setup iCloud Sync with Outlook (classic) not working as described

I followed the Guide iCloud-Kalender und -Kontakte in Outlook auf deinem Windows-Computer einrichten - Apple Support (DE) and https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/use-icloud-for-windows-to-synchronize-calendar-and-contacts-with-outlook-5f9a9b02-4726-4f64-b2ce-478c1f8f3ef2

to synchronize calender and contacts with Outlook. But in Outlook I only see Events like somebody changed a Meeting but neither the Meeting in the calender nor any contacts. I deinstalled everything and tried again without success. Until now I have no Solution.
