Lost access to my microsoft account, malicious person changed account details, i lost all ways to recover it. I have receipts of bought products on said account.

Good day,
a while ago i received a strange email about an authenticator setup for my microsoft account which i sadly didnt give much attention to, and a couple of days ago i lost access to said account, account recovery tool proved to be useless as seemingly the malicious person changed the account email already. I somehow managed to obtain the new accounts email but alas, that could help me take things further on my own, i would like assistance on how to proceed and what channels to contact to resolve this issue.
